Three Illegal Aliens Accused of Kidnapping, Sexually Assaulting Woman in Palm Beach County, Florida

Three illegal immigrants are facing accusations of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a woman in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Andres Felipe Morales, Darinel Ordonez Jimenez, and Marcos Felipe Ramirez, all illegal aliens from Guatemala, have been arrested and charged with the kidnapping and sexual assault of a woman that they allegedly grabbed off a sidewalk in Palm Beach County.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office reported that the woman was walking along a sidewalk when three individuals from Guatemala approached her in a white pickup truck.

One of the three men reportedly grabbed the woman from behind, placed her in a chokehold, and forced her into the truck. Allegedly, they sexually assaulted her while driving to two different locations before she managed to escape.

WPTV 5 News uncovered that police stopped Morales in January for driving without a license. However, Morales was not handed over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.
