HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. continues to shine during Thursday’s Senate hearing as Deep State operatives and Democratic opponents push to remove him. One Democrat senator became so triggered that it erupted into a screaming match with Kennedy.
As NBC News reported, Kennedy appeared before the Senate Finance Committee to answer questions.
This comes one week after Kennedy pushed CDC Director Susan Monarez to resign; when she refused, the White House fired her, and three top CDC officials resigned in protest.
The hearing quickly turned testy after far-left Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) tried to question Kennedy’s integrity using the words of the disgraced Monarez. Kennedy remained unfazed, leaving Wyden looking humiliated.
Later, Kennedy and Senator Michael Bennet (D-CO) got into a shouting match over mRNA COVID vaccines after Kennedy questioned him. Kennedy didn’t back down when Bennet accused him of lying about the well-known side effects many suffered from the shots and complained about him firing all 17 members of the CDC’s ACIP in June.
BENNET: You can characterize it anyway you want! What I said was accurate; what you said were lies.
KENNEDY: Are you saying that the mRNA vaccine has never been associated with myocarditis or pericarditis in teens? Is that what you’re trying to tell us?!
BENNET: I am simply trying to say that the people you put on that panel after firing…
KENNEDY (yelling): You are evading the question!
BENNET: I’m asking the question.
KENNEDY: I asked YOU a question.
BENNET (yelling): I’m asking the questions, Mr. Kennedy, on behalf of parents and schools and teachers all over the United States of America who deserve so much better than your leadership! That’s what this conversation is about!
KENNEDY (shouting back): Senator, they deserve the truth, and that’s what we are going to give to them for the first time in the history of this agency!
