Kamala’s Former Lover Claims Biden Should Make Her Commander-In-Chief Immediately

Vice President Kamala Harris’ former partner has an interesting proposal.

Why wait until 2024? Kamala Harris should be president now!

Willie Brown, the former San Francisco mayor and well-known playboy who is 31 years older than Kamala Harris and dated her in the 1990s, called an impromptu news conference for local reporters on Sunday. Brown is now 90 years old.

Speaking outside John’s Grill, where he frequently mingles with the city’s political elite, Brown told reporters just moments after President Joe Biden’s unexpected announcement of his campaign suspension that Biden shouldn’t merely hand the Democratic nomination to Kamala Harris—he should appoint her as commander-in-chief immediately.

“[Harris’s] chances go up if [Biden] would at this moment say not only am I no longer the candidate, I’m no longer the president — she is,” Brown stated.

Sounding more like a proud mentor than a former lover, Brown praised Harris extensively, telling The San Francisco Chronicle: “‘In all the jobs she’s had… she’s always been outstanding.”

This marks a significant shift for Brown, who in 2020 advised Harris to reject Biden’s offer to be his running mate, describing the position as a “dead end.”

However, his change of stance reflects a broader trend within the Democratic Party, where left-leaning political figures and sympathetic media are working to rehabilitate Harris’s image in hopes that she can defeat former President Donald Trump.

Still, even her earliest days in politics were tarnished by scandal.

In 1994, at age 29 and a rising star in the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office, Harris began a relationship with Brown, who was then 60 years old and serving as the powerful Speaker of the California Assembly.

Brown—who was nicknamed the “Real Slick Willy” by former President Bill Clinton—was still legally married to his wife Blanche Vitero at the time, though they had been separated for several years.

He was known for his passion for sports cars and flashy designer suits and was named one of the world’s ten sexiest men by Playgirl magazine in 1984.

“He’ll go to a party with his wife on one arm and his girlfriend on the other,” James Richardson, a reporter for the Sacramento Bee, told People Magazine in 1996.

Kamala Harris has firmly denied that her relationship with Brown—which ended in 1995, before he was elected mayor of San Francisco—was a pivotal factor in her political career.

In 2003, she described the romance as “an albatross hanging around my neck.”
