Tara Reade Joe Biden’s Accuser Criticizes E. Jean Carroll for Supporting President — ‘You Publicly Support My Rapist’

Tara Reade, a former Senate staffer who accused President Biden of sexually assaulting her in 1993, criticized advice columnist E. Jean Carroll over the weekend.

Reade accused Carroll, who also accused Donald Trump of sexual assault, of supporting Biden despite the allegations, labeling him as a predator.

Reade, who fled for Russia last year due to safety concerns, sharply criticized Carroll after she commented on a heated exchange between Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) and ABC News “This Week” host George Stephanopoulos on Sunday.

“Thank you, @GStephanopoulos for valiantly defending me. I wish Representative @RepNancyMace well. And I salute all survivors for their strength, endurance, and holding on to their sanity,” Carroll posted on X.

The confrontation between Mace and Stephanopoulos occurred when the host questioned the congresswoman about her continued backing of the 45th president, despite his legal troubles involving defamation and allegations of sexual abuse by Carroll.

Reade jumped into the argument by restating her allegations against Biden, who, at 81, has strongly denied the accusations.

“A reminder again @ejeancarroll that you know I was raped by Biden when I was his staffer and silenced by the media and yet you publicly support my rapist!” Reade posted.

“Sit down before you lecture other rape survivors. Hypocrisy surrounding you. @GStephanopoulos knows I exist as well and knows what Biden did. The morally bankrupt elite democrats [sic] know what Joe Biden is but still prop him up.”

Reade attached a purported screenshot of an undated exchange she had with Carroll.

“Boy! You are really, REALLY getting hit tonight, Tara. I have just read some of your trolls. They are without brains, without class, without morals—-and they DON’T know what they are talking about,” Carroll, who has vocally backed Biden’s 2024 re-election bid, allegedly wrote.

Trump, aged 77, has consistently denied Carroll’s claims that he raped her at the Bergdorf Goodman department store on an unspecified Thursday evening in 1996.

Towards the end of last week, the ex-president posted a $91.63 million bond to facilitate his appeal against a court ruling that mandated him to pay that amount to her in damages.

Despite the significant damages Trump has encountered, he has persisted in publicly denying the allegation, including during campaign speeches over the weekend and in an interview on Monday.

“Ms. Bergdorf Goodman — a person I never met. I have no idea who she is, except one thing, I got sued,” Trump vented on CNBC’s “Squawk Box.” “I was given a false accusation and had to post a $91 million bond.”

Carroll’s legal team informed a judge on Monday that they do not oppose Trump’s bond payment, but emphasized that they are closely monitoring his public remarks.
