It seems Speaker Mike Johnson has finally woken up to the threat posed by radical leftist judges who have taken control of the White House and the U.S. executive branch.
On Tuesday, Johnson warned that Congress has the authority to defund these radical leftists who are leading a legal insurrection against the country.
Since returning to the White House on January 20, 2025, President Donald J. Trump has faced an unprecedented onslaught of legal challenges from far-left judges and groups determined to sabotage his second term.
So far, the Supreme Court has shamefully failed to curb the lawlessness of these far-left activists.
Attorney Josh Hammer previously noted that the first Trump administration, from 2017 to 2021, faced 65 nationwide injunctions.
“In less than two months, President Trump has faced 137 legal challenges from activist judges, with only two cases closed.
On Tuesday, Mike Johnson threatened to take action against these lawless, America-hating district judges.

ABC Reporter: “It’s getting pretty ugly. House Speaker Mike Johnson issuing an open threat now, saying that Congress has authority to stop providing funding to federal courts. Listen to what the speaker said just a little while ago.”
Speaker Mike Johnson: “We do have authority over the federal courts, as you know. We can eliminate an entire district court. We have powered funding over the courts and all these other things. But desperate times call for desperate measures, and Congress is going to act. So stay tuned for that.”
