Attorney Ty Clevenger is the tenacious lawyer who has been pressing the DOJ and FBI for years to uncover the source of the DNC and Podesta’s emails leaked to WikiLeaks during the 2016 election.
For several years, Clevenger has been working to uncover the source behind the supply of DNC and Podesta emails to WikiLeaks. This has been a key to the Russia collusion nightmare. If Russia didn’t provide emails to WikiLeaks (by the way, the FBI has never asked WikiLeaks about the email source), then the entire Russia collusion narrative would be based on a falsehood.
After repeatedly denying any connection to Seth Rich for years, the FBI and DOJ were exposed for consistently providing false information.
In September, a judge finally ordered the FBI and DOJ to disclose all their information concerning Seth Rich. The FBI’s response was a request for an additional 66 years before releasing the information.
On Wednesday, a federal judge ruled that the FBI must provide evidence related to the murder of former DNC employee Seth Rich immediately.
This is significant news, especially considering that just a year ago, in October 2022, the FBI was trying to keep information on Seth Rich hidden for a whopping 66 years.
Judge Amos L. Mazzant has ruled that the FBI must turn over Seth Rich’s personal laptop, work laptop, a DVD, and a thumb drive within a 14-day timeframe.
According to court documents, Mazzant ruled: “A timeline for the disclosure of information on Seth Rich’s personal laptop, Seth Rich’s work laptop, the DVD and tape drive within 14 days following the issuance of this Memorandum of Opinion and Order.”
Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene confirmed the Judge’s ruling in a post on X (formerly known as Twitter).
