A shocking new video has surfaced showing an alleged shooter on the roof following the shooting of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University.
Utah Valley University spokeswoman Ellen Treanor confirmed that Kirk was struck by gunfire from a shooter at the Losee Center, a building about 200 yards from where he was addressing students.
A video recently surfaced showing a man ducking on the roof just moments after Charlie Kirk was shot.

Another clip appears to corroborate this. Footage shows an individual sprinting across the rooftop of the Losee Center just moments after Kirk was shot.
